This introductory course in Catering is combined with that of food and beverage service skills to provide participants with a fundamental grounding and overview of the hospitality trade. The course is designed to enable participants turn their passion for catering and cooking into highly fulfilling profession.

- Personal hygiene, cleanliness, food safety and hygiene
- Food preparation, weight, measurement and cooking
- Table and tray services
- Starting and running catering business
- Marketing and clients sourcing
At the end of the course, participants will learn what a caterer does and how to cater, the skills to succeed in a catering career, how to get hired for a job as a caterer, and how to start their own catering business and get clients.
